We've developed a series of videos that show step by step how to build a lexicon and grammar for English.  In these videos, we first  work through the Grammar Introduction sentences, and then we work through the book of Ruth.  After you've watched these videos, you should be able to build lexicons and grammars for other languages.  These videos assume that you're already familiar with TBTA and know the details of the software.  Therefore, before you watch these videos, we recommend that you first watch the videos that provide a detailed description of TBTA.
